Proton Piercing Point should be used in sterilised cups with sterilised sticks to mark the area. Please note that gentian violet stains heavily: handle the bottle with care and never pour it down the drain. Instead, dispose of it in a hazardous waste container so it can be destroyed without harming the environment.
