Refund policy
The return of the product is allowed up to 14 days after the invoice date. It must be returned with the original packaging and in perfect condition. The amount is not paid until we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its good condition.
In the event that a customer refuses to pick up a shipment of an order that he has placed with us, a return cost of €15 will be incurred. This amount will be charged to the customer's account, and will be charged in the next purchase made. In the event that these return costs are not paid, the company will not be able to sell to this customer again. The company will always contact the customer to try to solve any problem that may have arisen at the time of delivery and try to avoid the return.
Returns can be made by communicating by e-mail or by phone (tattoostocks@gmail.com/ 633 064 020). Returns of merchandise will be at the customer's expense, except in the case of defective products or erroneous shipments. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured in the total amount to the value of the returned products. Postage due returns will not be accepted.
After checking the status of the product, it will be replaced and if this is not possible, the amount of the product will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the client. In the event that said reimbursement method is not viable, HIVE PROJET, S.L. will reimburse you by bank transfer.
HIVE PROJECT, S.L. will bear the transport costs in those cases in which the return or replacement of a product is the result of an error in the preparation of the order. On the other hand, when the change of a product is due to an error in the formulation of the order by the client, the transport costs will be paid by the same.
Special Return Conditions for Electronic Material: machines, power supplies, pedals…. etc.
- Return in its original container and in perfect condition, both the container and its content.
- Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. (May vary depending on manufacturer).
- Depending on the brand of the items, the guarantee will be offered by the factory itself. The labor necessary for its repair and transportation costs are not included in the guarantee.
